The STIHL HLA 56 is the first extended-reach hedge trimmer within the AK System. Powered by the same 36-volt lithium-ion battery as other products within the AK System, this hedge trimmer provides homeowners with more versatility by combining the benefits of a battery-powered product with the ability to accomplish difficult trimming tasks. A high cutting speed of 2,800 strokes per minute allows for clean and efficient cutting, even when dealing with larger branches.
